Exam Proctoring

Ritzville Library District #2 can proctor exams for long distance and online students.  We can usually meet all of the requirements for proctoring but we do have some limitations.

We will provide:

  • Staff members who are authorized to provide proctoring
  • Space for test taking (a separate quiet area may not be available)
  • The ability to mail or fax a completed exam
  • The ability to complete most online testing

The student will:

  • Contact the library to make arrangements for exam proctoring
  • Verify that the library meets the test-taking requirements of the institution giving the exam
  • Arrange for an accessible computer (or provide own if necessary)
  • Provide an addressed envelope with paid postage to return the exam to the institution, or provide a fax number and/or e-mail address for alternate means of returning the exam

Contact the Library at 509-659-1222 or via email to arrange for exam proctoring.
